FORE, a group exhibition by four artists featuring works by Paul Campbell(New York), Katja Pal(Slovenia), Mei Hsien Chan(Singapore) and Shih Yun Yeo(Singapore). This exhibition starts from Jan 11 -18 2011, Instinc gathers four artists with diverse styles, yet with one common ground, all are committed to the painting and drawing as a medium in their artistic practice.

For this ‘Work’ Exhibition, I did a series of drawings depicting
office workers. The drawings captured the different gestures and
frustrations from the individual which I depicted. This series of
“Off-ice-moments” are moments confined in an ice cube which are
depicted in this small drawings. The drawings are different moments
which captured the private gestures from their own cubicle space. I
hope this series will leave space and room for the audiences to have
their own interpretation of ‘Work’.
Work is an exhibition featuring old and new artworks on career, work, labour and other related issues.
Participating artists are Chan Mei Hsien, Mike Chang, Lucy Davis, Amanda Heng, Sean Lee, Lim Kok Boon, Seelan Palay, Arron Teo, Mark Thia, Twardzik Ching Chor Leng, Vincent Twardzik and Ye Ruoshi.
Organised by Post-Museum in conjunction to Labour Day, the exhibition seeks to question our achievements and positions as working people.
